Hello curious waffles,
As an explorer, l tried something new called augmented reality. When l first learnt that l am supposed to create a new material by using AR application, lt made nervous because it seemed really hard. In spite of that, l thought that it is a good opportunity for my future students because they will have much more clear understanding about what they do.
The task is based on AR application usage. l designed the material with my friend, Zeynep. We introduced Norway's some places and foods to our students. There are just pictures and questions on the paper. To be able to answer the questions, students should scan the given picture using AR app. After all these stuffs, we wanted our students to write a postcard about Norway to make their knowledge permanent and make them produce something about they learnt.
The videos we uploaded introduce the places in the images and give more information about them. No matter how much they cause real sensation, we didn't want to put more than one 3D video because they were not including needed information, which makes students feel uneasy towards their job.
